Chris Leggiere has been playing music and entertaining family and friends since the age of 6. Throughout his teen years he trained in voice, piano, guitar and drums. Chris started performing professionally at the age of 16. With influences including jazz, pop, rock, classical and country he started performing in “show bands” and hit the nightclub circuit.

At the age of 20, Chris started experimenting with different types of music to develop his own style. After years of struggle, he decided, with help of friend, producer and co-writer, Jerry Ross, that his future could lie in country music. In a short amount of time his “experiment” took off writing over 30 songs and producing an original cd under the alias, Chris Campbell.

During his foray into country music Chris made the front cover of New Music Weekly in March 2003 and also had a quick rise to #1 on the up and coming New Country Artist weekly charts! In 2003, Chris came aboard the Chatterband as the new lead singer. During the shows he also plays some keyboards and drums. Chris attributes most of his talent to his mother, who sang in church every Sunday while he was growing up.

Chris brings to tcb, years of experience on the “party band” circuit. Having performed with The Rockets, The Heartbeats, Radiance, and Le Compt and national acts such as, The Stylistics, Chubby Checker, and Sammy Hagar he states “Music is my life! And I believe that if you work very hard and really believe in yourself, dreams can come true!”
